The recipes
Our in-house chef has designed a selection of mouth watering recipes to compliment the range of fish our fishers catch. We’ll be switching up our recipes on a seasonal basis to make the most of the ingredients we get our hands on. Recipes will rotate each week so you can expect a changing selection over the course of each month. Here’s a selection some of our latest recipes
whole or filleted fish?
Whole? We understand that tackling a whole fish can be an intimidating endeavour so we developed this share to help make eating whole fish just a little bit simpler. We want to show you how easy, no fuss and delicious it can be. Cooking fish whole means more flavourful flesh but it also yields the most succulent meat. With the whole fish option, your fish will come expertly trimmed, gutted and prepared with the best ingredients.
Not ready to tackle the whole beast? No worries, go for the filleted option, you can always change your share option at any time!
Filleted? The perfect choice if you’d rather leave all the fish handling to us! Your fish will be filleted and prepared with the same best ingredients as the whole fish share. It will be fully prepped, wrapped and sealed in a parchment package ready for the oven, simply heat and serve!
