The UK has the the oldest and most sustainable native oyster fisheries in the world. We have the native European Oyster, Ostrea edulis and the Pacific Rock Oyster, Crassostrea gigas.

Our oysters are sustainably farmed and harvested in a way that maintains our marine ecosystem. This incredible species filters seawater to help keep our ocean in balance.
