WHAT IS THE CHEF-PREPARED AND HOW TO BAKE IT
A different marinade with the catch of the week.
The chef-prepared is two portions of filleted marinated fish wrapped in baking paper and oven ready. We’ve created delicious recipes to marinate all the beautiful fresh catch by all the hard working small scale fishermen. See below for the cooking method & tips and some of the recipes.
COOKING METHOD
Your Chef-prepared catch will be labeled with the ingredients and cooking guidance time.
1- Take your chef-prepared out of the fridge a good 15min before cooking
2- Meanwhile preheat the oven and tray at 210’C
3- Place your chef-prepared onto the preheated tray and turn down your oven at 200’C
4- Set your timer to the recommended time and If your oven is electric not fan, add 10min to the cooking time
5- After the recommended time, if the juices are not sizzling in the paper it’s not ready so give it another 5 minutes
6- Once ready, rest for 5 minutes before opening the parcel
