WHOLE FISH
This share includes fish that are whole and unprocessed. Your fish will come packed & labelled. Please note that all flat fish (e.g Dover sole, plaice etc) will be gutted for you. Some fish, like mackerel and bass will come not gutted.
We would often give at least 2 species per share, but you can opt-out of getting a mix if you prefer to receive the same species.
A limited selection of smoked fish (mackerel, kippers, haddock) or shellfish (oysters, mussels, crab) may be included in this share. If you would prefer not to receive shellfish or no smoked fish, you can select a ‘no-shellfish’ or no-smoked fish share when signing up. Check out our online fish pages for fish prep tips & recipes!

FILLETED FISH
Our convenient filleted fish option. The majority of fish will come filleted. Any fish unsuitable for filleting (e.g Dover sole, ray, huss) will be fully prepared (e.g skinned) & ready to cook. Shares will come packed and labelled.
We are including some premium catch to this filleted option, Ikejime Chalkstream Trout, line-caught Sea Bass, Monkfish, etc... during the seasons.
A limited selection of smoked fish (mackerel, kippers, haddock) and unprepared shellfish (oysters, mussels, crab, palourde clams) may be included in this share. The chef-prepared, fish marinated and ready to be baked in paper.
Let our resident chef jazz up your fish for you! Choose either whole OR filleted fish then your catch will come fully prepared and marinated with fresh, organic ingredients* and a mouth watering recipe each week. Shares will be fully assembled, packed in parchment and oven-ready, follow the instruction on the label, serve and enjoy.
